Bulldog health problems are something you have to deal with when you own a bulldog. This dog has more problems than other breeds do. It is very sensitive dog. I love my dog very much and I would never give it away, but I wish someone warned be before I bought it. I knew that bulldogs are subject to many diseases and injuries, but I just thought that it will not be like that. I was wrong.

I love my dog very much. That is why it is so hard to see my bulldog sick. I learned a lot about bulldogs since I own one. Now I know that many bulldog health problems can be prevented. At the beginning I was really worried when my dog got diarrhea. But now I know that I can prevent this by including rice in my bulldog’s nutrition. As soon as I notice digestion problems I put my dog on a diet and give it only rice to eat. Few days and everything will be fine. You have to be careful with its nutrition. Bulldogs would eat everything. They are not picky at all. So you have to make sure that it will not eat something it is not good for its health.

I also clean bulldog’s eyes regularly. Eye problems are still very often, but I think it still helps a lot.

I also learned how to prevent infection which were also often at the beginning. It is very important to clean bulldog’s wrinkles every day. They can get smelly if you do not clean them. It is also good if you keep them dry all the time. If wrinkles are wet it is more possible that infection will show.

Few months ago on a walk with my bulldog I noticed that it has problems walking. I noticed that his leg was not strong enough and that was causing pain to my bulldog. I asked our vet about that and he told me that this is nothing unusual with bulldogs. He told me that I must not allow my bulldog to walk on the stairs or on rising ground.

Eventually you learn a lot about your bulldog and prevent many bulldog health problems.
